Cathy Rogers is a longtime resident of Southwest Florida and a highly respected luxury real estate advisor specializing in Marco Island and Naples. With more than 20 years of experience, Cathy has consistently ranked in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the Marco Island marketplace and has achieved over a half billion dollars in total sales volume throughout her career.
A former Director of the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS®, Cathy brings exceptional insight into the local market and a deep understanding of luxury waterfront properties. Her expertise and consistent performance have earned her recognition as one of the Top Sotheby's 100 Global Advisors companywide, as well as membership in the elite Club 1744, representing the top 100 advisors overall and the top ten per region.
Well known in luxury real estate circles for record-setting sales, Cathy has closed some of the most significant transactions in Marco Island history. In 2025, she personally closed the highest-priced Villa on record in Hideaway Beach at $8 million, along with one of the highest-priced homes on Marco Island at $10 million. In 2024, she closed one of the island’s highest-priced homes at $11.1 million. In 2023, Cathy generated over $100 million in sales volume, including the sale of a $10.25 million residence, one of the highest-priced homes on Marco Island at the time. In 2022, she broke three all-time sales records in Hideaway Beach, including the highest-priced home at $11.875 million, the highest-priced Villa at $6.5 million, and the highest-priced beachfront lot at $6 million. Notably, she later surpassed her own Villa record in 2025 with the $8 million sale.
Cathy holds the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Million Dollar Guild designations from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Her professional credentials also include Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource certification, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Waterfront Property Specialist. She is an active member of both the Marco Island Board of REALTORS® and the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, has recently served a three-year term as a director, and is a member of the Marco Island Chamber of Commerce.
