John Toth has been a 40-year resident of Southwest Florida and offers exceptional local knowledge to his customers. A dedicated real estate professional in Marco Island, Florida, John brings years of business experience in marketing, finance and sales to his partnership with Premier Sotheby's International Realty. 

After attending the University of Notre Dame and earning a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Indiana University, he began a successful and fulfilling career in advisory sales management and became a major account executive for a national IT company with sales up to $40 million per year. John managed over $10.3 million in his first year as an advisory and continued to obtain his Series 7, 63 and 31 certifications, as well as health, life and annuities licenses while working in the financial markets. Afterwards, he started managing accounts with a national technology company that focused on workflow strategies and solutions. Throughout his 30-year career, John received the President Club and Top Commercial Sales Quota Achiever. 

When the opportunity came to work with Cathy Rogers and Premier Sotheby's International Realty, John was thrilled to get involved with the luxury home market. In the past four years, he has been instrumental in developing one of the top real estate teams in Marco Island with over $225 million in sales. He uses decades of expertise in customer service and business development to provide unrivaled practices and trusted resources to buyers and sellers in Southwest Florida. By prioritizing a beneficial customer experience, John addresses the fundamental industry responsibility of going beyond extraordinary service. 

Outside of the office, John enjoys watching Notre Dame football, playing tennis, going to the shooting range and working on his Harleys.
