Cathy Rogers, a longtime resident of Southwest Florida and current director of the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS®, has extensive knowledge of the local market, focusing on Marco Island and Naples. She has been in the business of real estate for over 19 years and has consistently been in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the Marco Island marketplace, currently with over one-half billion in sales volume.

Cathy’s team was recognized as one of the top 100 global advisors companywide, as well as an elite member of Club 1744, comprised of the top 100 advisors and top 10 per region. Well-known in luxury circles for being a top-producing REALTOR®, some of Cathy’s many professional highlights include closing 100M in sales in 2023. One of the highest-priced home sale to date in 2023 on Marco Island, having the honor in 2022 of breaking three sales records in Hideaway Beach for the highest-priced home on record for $11,875,000, the highest-priced villa on record for $6.5 million and the highest-priced beachfront lot on record for $6 million, along with her other multimillion-dollar sales in previous years.

Cathy has been honored with the prestigious Certified Home Marketing Specialist and Million Dollar Guild designations by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Her other professional designations include Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource certification, Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She currently serves on the Marco Island Board of REALTORS® as director and is also a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and the local Chamber of Commerce.
