Hammock Bay Golf Course
The spectacular Hammock Bay Golf Course is one of only 45 locations in the world that has been granted the title “Gold Certified Signature Sanctuary” from the Audubon Society in recognition for its commitment to sustainability, but that is not all the Championship golf course has to offer. With 18 distinctly shaped holes for players to use, each of which designed with the approach shot in mind, Hammock Bay will keep even the most experienced golfers coming back time and time again.
The Rookery
Boasting more than 7,100 yards of pristine turf, The Rookery offers the unique opportunity to play while being surrounded by a teeming environment of herons, eagles, and a menagerie of other wildlife, which only adds to the relaxation of being on the green. The course was redone in 2005 by famed designer Robert Cupp, and now has the coveted 5 star rating from GolfAdvisor.com, but this doesn’t even start to touch upon the other amenities present at the location. With luxuries such as a gorgeous clubhouse and top of the line grill, the Rookery earned the #6 spot for best off-course amenities in the country back in 2015.
Eagle Creek Golf Club
Larry Packard’s private golf club just outside of Naples, Eagle Creek Golf Club, has been drawing in competitors since the 1980s, and has been continually improving year after year. Offering Bermuda grass fairways and Tifeagle greens, Eagle Creek also provides potential customers with a detailed tour on its website to help sway those who may still be on the fence about this magnificent course. The clubhouse also offers a year round 18 holes men’s league, as well as 9 and 18 hole women’s league for its members to enjoy.
